Atorka Group, the parent company of Promens, is an Icelandic strategic investment group. The company’s investment strategy is strictly value driven. It builds controlling stakes in reliable companies, both in Iceland and internationally, with a particular focus on future opportunities and scope for operational improvement and restructuring, applicable both to existing and future investments. Atorka also invests in stock on a non-controlling basis, but on a much smaller scale.
