Atorka Group, the parent company of Promens, is a strategic investment group listed on the Iceland Stock Exchange. The company’s investment strategy is strictly value driven. It builds controlling stakes in reliable companies, both in Iceland and internationally, with a particular focus on future opportunities and scope for operational improvement and restructuring, applicable both to existing and future investments. Atorka also invests in stock on a non-controlling basis, but on a much smaller scale.
