Promens awarded by Alberto Culver

Promens Beccles, United Kingdom recently won 3 awards at the Alberto Culver Supplier Awards Presentation, taking all the major awards for the Components Suppliers.

The first award was a “Gold Level Award” for achievement of quality, service and technical excellence during 2008.  In order to achieve this, one of the factors is that quality returns must be less than 1% of all products delivered. Promens scored 0.27%.  Last year Promens achieved a Silver status, so to improve to Gold is a great achievement.

The second award, “Most Improved Supplier” was also awarded to Promens Beccles for demonstrating marked improvements in terms of quality, service and technical support during 2008.

Finally, Promens Beccles also won the prestigious “Supplier of the Year 2009” award.  Alberto stated that Promens have “provided outstanding levels of commitment, support and supply performance during 2008 – Very much part of the success of The Alberto Culver Company”
