Aerodynamic panels improve fuel economy of trucks with trailers

Promens Zlin has signed a contract with the Dutch company Ephicas to develop and manufacture parts for Ephicas patented SideWing® panels for truck trailers. The SideWing® panels are designed to cover the entire side of the trailer. The improved aerodynamics have proven to reduce air drag by 18% and reduce fuel consumption by some 9%.Read more
