CombiPac Thermoforming
The CombiPac process is an inline thermoforming process. The CombiPac tub consists of a printed blank (carton) and an inner thermoformed plastic sheet. This combination maximizes the individual strengths of each component and reduces the amount of raw materials. The two layers are bonded together by a special process. The carton outer layer offers more design opportunities and excellent printing quality compared with conventional all plastic tubs.
