Promens Tempra ehf, formerly Tempra hf, was formed with the merger of two Icelandic companies, Húsaplast ehf and Stjörnusteinn hf. The merger created the largest EPS production, (Expandable Polystyrene) company in Iceland. Promens Tempra manufactures two key product lines, housing insulation and packaging, but also offers many of the necessary accessories for the export of perishable goods and fitting of EPS housing insulation.
