Established in 1948, Promens Zevenaar developed from being a pioneer in the field of plastics processing, to an international supplier of technical products with a high added value, offering all the required capabilities for project management, product development, engineering and quality production. Our Markets are the automotive industry, logistical systems (agri-horticulture industry), technical products and custom moulding in general. Promens Zevenaar has 36 1K and 2K component injection moulding machines in a 14.300 m2 building with clamping force ranging from 40 tons up to 2,700 tons. Back moulding of foil/ sheet, safety parts, quality parts with minimum tolerances, assembly of complete modules are specialities. Furthermore, we focus on advanced production mechanization, and use post-processing by a laser equipped robot.
