Promens Charlieu are specialists in the manufacture of technical moulded and assembled components for the automotive, electronic and domestic markets. Step by step, Promens Charlieu has moved from “plastic part supplier” to a “ full service designer & product supplier”. In certain market areas Promens Charlieu is recognised as an “expert” so we are fully capable of offering initial design, qualification process and manufacture of your products. In support of this specialist offering we have developed specific technologies to meet these needs; thermoset injection molding, insert moulding and inmold technology (decoration) & gas assisted injection moulding. Promens Charlieu resides in a 6.700m2 building with 33 injection moulding machines. Our machines for thermoplastics have clamping force ranging from 25 to 250 tons and our machines for thermosets have clamping force ranging rfrom 65 to 165 tons.
